Albacore Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wild Albacore Tuna, diced into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 8–12 large butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Optional: shredded carrots, microgreens, sriracha or chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger to make the dressing.
