Crispy Haddock Caesar Salad

Golden crispy haddock served over classic Caesar salad with Parmesan and crunchy croutons. Fresh, satisfying, and protein-packed.

Ingredients

  • 2 Larry’s Catch Breaded Haddock fillets
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place frozen breaded haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Divide salad between serving plates.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan and croutons.
  7. Slice crispy haddock into strips and place over the salad.
  8. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
