Ingredients
1 pack snow crab leg meat (16 oz, merus)
250g linguine or spaghetti
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon (zest + juice)
¼ cup reserved pasta water
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
Melt butter in a pan over low heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Add snow crab meat and warm gently for 1–2 minutes.
Stir in lemon zest, juice, and pasta water.
Toss with pasta, season lightly, and finish with parsley.
