Instructions
In a bowl, gently mix chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, diced celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Avoid over-mixing to keep the lobster in large, meaty pieces.
Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium heat.
Butter the outsides of each brioche hot dog bun generously.
Place buns in the pan and toast until golden and crisp, about 1–2 minutes per side.
Open the toasted buns slightly without tearing.
