Buffalo Haddock Bites

Crispy breaded haddock tossed in bold buffalo sauce and served with creamy dip. Perfect for game day or easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 Larry’s Catch Breaded Haddock fillets
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place frozen breaded haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  4. While baking, whisk buffalo sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  5. Remove haddock from oven and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Toss gently in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery on the side.
