Crispy Haddock Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients
- 2 Larry’s Catch Breaded Haddock fillets
- 6 slider buns
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place frozen breaded haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice slider buns in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
- Cut haddock fillets to fit the buns and layer onto the bottom halves.
- Spoon marinara over the haddock and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Place top buns on and brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are lightly golden.
- Serve warm.
