Crispy Haddock Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 Larry’s Catch Breaded Haddock fillets
  • 6 slider buns
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place frozen breaded haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Slice slider buns in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
  6. Cut haddock fillets to fit the buns and layer onto the bottom halves.
  7. Spoon marinara over the haddock and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Place top buns on and brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are lightly golden.
  10. Serve warm.
