Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the tuna dry and rub with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika or chili powder.
Place the tuna Saku in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until the tuna is seared outside but still tender and pink inside.
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes.
Slice against the grain and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges or fresh herbs if desired.
