Les gâteaux de crabe les plus simples

Des gâteaux de crabe dorés et croustillants faits avec des ingrédients simples, prêts en quelques minutes. Servez avec du citron frais pour un repas côtier.

Ingrédients

  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Gently mix, keeping crab lumps intact.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook crab cakes for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your choice of sauce or side salad.
