  • 2 Larry’s Catch Breaded Haddock fillets
  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded red or green cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (for slaw)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (for crema)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place frozen breaded haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, toss cabbage with lime juice, salt, and cilantro in a bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder to make the crema.
  6. Warm tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
  7. Break crispy haddock into large chunks.
  8. Assemble tacos by layering cabbage slaw, haddock, avocado slices, and a drizzle of lime crema.
  9. Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
