Buy Atlantic Scallops Now
  • Wild Atlantic sea scallops
  • Neutral oil or melted butter
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Optional: lemon wedges
  • Optional: fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
  • Air fryer
  • Paper towels
  • Tongs

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C) if required.
  2. Pat scallops completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Lightly coat scallops with neutral oil or melted butter.
  4. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  5. Arrange scallops in a single layer with space between each piece.
  6. Air fry for 1–2 minutes depending on size.
  7. Check for doneness — scallops should be opaque and tender with slight resistance when pressed.
  8. Remove immediately to prevent overcooking.
  9. Optional: finish with lemon juice, fresh herbs, or a light brush of butter.
