Your estimated delivery date shows at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery time depends on your postal code and area: most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and some areas are faster or a little slower.
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday in most areas. Some GTA locations also get Sunday deliveries.
- Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan): order by 10 AM PT on Monday for delivery that week.
- Delivery dates are estimates, since the courier sets the final route.
Requesting a date
Add the date or week you'd like in the cart note before checkout. We'll do our best to time it, though we can't guarantee an exact day. Already ordered? Email us with the date you'd like, before your order ships.
Do I need to be home?
No. Your box is packed with insulation and extra dry ice, and no signature is required. Put your seafood in the freezer as soon as you're home.
