As long as your seafood arrived frozen, a loose vacuum seal doesn't affect quality at all — the seal is for presentation, not preservation, and pressure changes in transit can relax it. If that's all you needed to know, you're all set: freeze it, thaw it, enjoy it.

Not satisfied, or something looks worse? If the bag has actually opened, there's significant ice crystallization inside, or you'd just rather we take a look — please finish the form. Every report is reviewed by a real person on our crew, and it helps us hold our packaging to a higher standard.
