Honest seafood means owning it when something's off. Tell us what happened and a real person on our crew will make it right. It takes about a minute.

What happened?

Still good to eat? Yes. If your seafood arrived frozen, a loose vacuum seal doesn't affect quality at all. The seal is for presentation, not preservation, and pressure changes in transit can relax it. If that's all you needed to know, you're set: freeze it, thaw it, enjoy it.

Something look worse? If the bag has actually opened, there's heavy ice crystallization inside, or you'd just rather we take a look, finish the form. A real person on our crew reads every report, and it keeps our packaging honest.
