Is it safe to keep?
- Still partly frozen (ice crystals, firm in places): you can refreeze it right away.
- Fully thawed: don't refreeze it. Cook it within 24 hours if it's still fridge-cold.
- Warm: please don't eat it.
If you're ever unsure, don't eat it. We'll make it right either way.
