  • 1 portion Wild Albacore Tuna (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Air fryer
  • Paper towels
  • Meat thermometer (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the Wild Albacore Tuna dry. Rub lightly with oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tuna in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until slightly pink in the center. Optional: use a thermometer (125°F for medium-rare, 135°F for medium).
  5. Remove the tuna and let it rest for 2–3 minutes to redistribute juices.
  6. Slice against the grain, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley, and serve immediately.
