Storage
  • Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or lower until ready to use.

Thawing
  • Overnight: Place in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before cooking.
  • Quick: Seal in a plastic bag and submerge in cold water for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Pat scallops completely dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high, add butter or oil, and cook scallops 1½–2 minutes per side without moving until golden.
