Great seafood. 2nd order

Seafood great as usual however delivery was 24 hours late. Dry ice was exhausted and package wet. Fortunately fish was still frozen.

the salmon is superb. The haddock as well. The bacon scallops? Incredible. At the moment I am making Cullen Skink (Scottish Smoked Fish Chowder) with the cold smoked haddock and I might move my bed into the kitchen …..it smells that good! I made a crab pie with the crab and it was out of this world. Everything that I have tried so far has been so fresh, it is like I caught it myself and started cooking. The dry ice shipping concept is genius. Everything stays frozen. I am so happy to have access to east and west coast fish in Ontario. I hope this company thrives like crazy because they certainly deserve every accolade for their customer service and for their amazing product. Well done!!! I am a guaranteed customer for sure!

The seafood and fish comes packaged in a safe box and materials that do not seem wasteful. It is really fresh smelling after it thaws and tastes delicious. Your sample recipes are useful too. My one complaint is that you keep introducing new fish products that are now available yet they don't appear in my box. I know you don't change the contents frequently, but it could be a little more frequent. I cannot buy more fish than I am already receiving as we don't get through what we receive already fast enough so ordering other items to change up the menu is just not in the cards. Otherwise I love everything about it.

I love the seafood for 2 (even though I'm a singleton). I always have something fantastic on hand for company. I was a bit apprehensive to cook black cod, a first for me, but it's so easy. My new favourite fish!
