How do I skip, pause, swap or cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. From there you can:
    • Skip your next order
    • Pause your subscription
    • Swap products or change quantities
    • Change frequency (every 1, 2 or 3 months)
    • Change your next order date
    • Update your address or payment details
    • Cancel

Changes apply to upcoming renewals. Your next charge date is shown in your account.

Prefer we do it for you? Email us and we'll make the change. If you're cancelling, we'd love to hear why so we can improve, but you never have to tell us.
