East Coast Coldwater Shrimp Rolls

Classic East Coast shrimp rolls with tender coldwater shrimp, lemon, and herbs. Quick, nostalgic, and perfectly indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Larry’s Catch coldwater shrimp
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 hot dog buns or brioche rolls
  • Butter, for toasting buns
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thaw and pat dry the shrimp.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the shrimp gently until coated.
  4. Butter the buns and toast them in a skillet until golden.
  5. Fill buns with lettuce (if using) and shrimp mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
