Ingredients
- 1 package Larry’s Catch coldwater shrimp
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 hot dog buns or brioche rolls
- Butter, for toasting buns
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Thaw and pat dry the shrimp.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the shrimp gently until coated.
- Butter the buns and toast them in a skillet until golden.
- Fill buns with lettuce (if using) and shrimp mixture.
- Serve immediately.
