Ingredients
- 2 pounds haddock fillets
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Arrange haddock fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over the fish.
- Top fillets with small pieces of butter.
- Broil for 6–8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
