  • 1 lb bacon-wrapped scallops (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place frozen bacon-wrapped scallops on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. Cook until the bacon is crisp and the scallops are opaque and tender.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan and stir in fresh lemon juice.
  6. Remove scallops from the oven and drizzle with lemon butter.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
