Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
  • Melt butter in a pan over low heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add snow crab meat and warm gently for 1–2 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon zest, juice, and pasta water.
  • Toss with pasta, season lightly, and finish with parsley.
