Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Larry’s Catch Lobster Meat
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting buns
  • Optional: Lettuce leaves for added crunch

Thawing Instructions: Place the frozen lobster meat in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours or overnight. For a quicker thaw, place the sealed bag in a bowl of cold water for about 30-40 minutes, changing the water halfway through.

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter the insides of the slider buns and toast until golden brown.
  3. If using, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then pile the lobster mixture on top. Cover with the top bun.
  4. Serve immediately. These sliders are best enjoyed fresh, with the toasted buns providing the perfect contrast to the creamy, tangy lobster filling.
