Ingredients:
- 1 lb Larry’s Catch Lobster Meat
- 8 slider buns
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting buns
- Optional: Lettuce leaves for added crunch
Thawing Instructions: Place the frozen lobster meat in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours or overnight. For a quicker thaw, place the sealed bag in a bowl of cold water for about 30-40 minutes, changing the water halfway through.
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter the insides of the slider buns and toast until golden brown.
- If using, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then pile the lobster mixture on top. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve immediately. These sliders are best enjoyed fresh, with the toasted buns providing the perfect contrast to the creamy, tangy lobster filling.
