Where is your seafood sourced from?

Our seafood is exclusively sourced from MSC certified partners. We provide 100% transparency into all of our partners and seafood origins which are listed on each products page.

Currently, 90%+ of our products are sourced from Canadian Fishermen.

What is IQF?

IQF stands for "Individual Quick Freezing." It's a method used to freeze individual pieces of fish (and other foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats) separately from each other. This process involves quickly freezing each piece at a very low temperature to prevent the formation of large ice crystals, which can damage the cell structure of the food and affect its quality and texture.

When do you deliver?

Choose your preferred delivery date when you checkout. Our specialized packaging will keep your seafood cool for up to 8 hours. If you have any special notes, you can leave a message during the checkout process.

If you chose subscription, your order will be renewed every 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the entire Greater Toronto Area, plus surrounding areas within Southern Ontario including London, Niagara, Barrie, and Peterborough. If you're unsure, check out our delivery zone map.

How should I store and prepare my seafood once it arrives?

Your seafood will arrive in eco-friendly packaging designed to keep it cool for up to 8 hours.

For preparation, thaw your seafood in the refrigerator overnight and cook it according to your favorite recipe or one our recommendations on our blog.

What if I prefer a one time purchase?
