Coldwater shrimp pasta with asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, lemon, and parmesan in a light buttery sauce.

  • One pound Larry's catch shrimp
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Fresh garlic crushed
  • One pound fresh asparagus broken in pieces
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 cups pasta cooked
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and drain
  2. Saute garlic in butter
  3. Add mushrooms and shrimp, and brown
  4. Add asparagus pieces, lemon juice, drained pasta, stir together
  5. Serve and garnish parmesan cheese.
