Cooking Reccomendations
Thawing
- Place the frozen shrimp in the refrigerator overnight to thaw slowly.
- For a quicker option, put the shrimp in a colander and run cold water over them for 5-10 minutes, or until thawed.
Cooking (Pan-Seared)
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika or garlic powder for extra flavour.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 1 minutes on one side until they start to turn pink.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully pink and opaque.
