Ingredients

  • 2–4 fillets Larry’s Catch Wild Black Cod, skin on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the black cod fillets dry and place skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the fish.
  4. Sprinkle with thyme, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
