Ingredients (makes 4-6 cakes):
- 1 lb (450 g) crab meat
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
