Ingredients (makes 4-6 cakes):
  • 1 lb (450 g) crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  1. Mix everything together gently in a bowl.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil or butter. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
