Ingredients

  • 1 Saku of Bluefin Tuna Saku (approx. 8–10 oz), cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup sushi rice or mixed greens
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Optional toppings: seaweed, sesame seeds, microgreens
  • Sriracha mayo for drizzling (optional)
  • Steamed edamame and pickled veggies (optional, for sides)

Instructions

  1. Cube fresh sushi-grade Bluefin Tuna Saku and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Prepare a bed of sushi rice or mixed greens in serving bowls.
  4. Top the rice or greens with the marinated tuna cubes.
  5. Add toppings such as avocado, cucumber, seaweed, and any optional add-ins.
  6. Serve with sides like steamed edamame, pickled veggies, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
