  • 16 oz Cooked Atlantic Lobster Meat, thawed and chopped
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
  3. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain pasta and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in white wine and simmer 3–4 minutes until reduced by about half.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, simmering gently for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add grated Parmesan gradually, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  9. If needed, add reserved pasta water a little at a time to loosen the sauce.
  10. Fold in lobster meat gently to warm through.
  11. Add drained linguine and toss until evenly coated.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
