We were so excited to try the cooked lobster meat. We used it in their online recipe for Lobster linguini on Valentine’s Day! The lobster was sweet, cooked perfectly and plentiful…a wonderful recipe. I will definitely purchase the lobster again…maybe next time with some garlic butter and crusty bread!

It was very good in flavour and quality. We did most of it in risotto, some heated with butter, and some cold with cocktail sauce. All were good, but risotto’s definitely my favorite.
