All of our seafood is flash-frozen on the boat or shortly after landing. That locks in freshness, flavour, texture and nutrients at their peak.
Most "fresh" seafood at the grocery store has been frozen at some point and thawed for display, and it's often imported, so it's hard to know where it came from. Seafood that's flash-frozen and kept frozen is closer to just-caught quality, especially if you live away from the coast.
What is IQF?
IQF means Individually Quick Frozen. Each piece is frozen separately and very quickly, rather than in a block, which protects texture and lets you thaw only what you need.
