Fielding Estate Winery, established in 2005 by Ken and Marg Fielding, along with their son Curtis and his wife Heidi, is located in Beamsville, Ontario. The winery is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere and award-winning, small-lot VQA wines. The architecture reflects the Fielding family's northern Ontario roots, featuring natural materials like wood and stone. Curtis Fielding, recognized as the 2012/2013 Grape King, has significantly contributed to Niagara's grape and wine industry. Heidi Fielding, with over 20 years of hospitality and marketing experience, actively promotes Niagara's wine industry. Since 2009, winemaker Richie Roberts has been crafting wines and ciders for the winery. Fielding Estate Winery has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Canada's Top 10 Wineries in 2009, 2013, and 2018.

Our seafood is exclusively sourced from MSC certified partners. We provide 100% transparency into all of our partners and seafood origins which are listed on each products page.

What is IQF?

IQF stands for "Individual Quick Freezing." It's a method used to freeze individual pieces of fish (and other foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats) separately from each other.

This process involves quickly freezing each piece at a very low temperature to prevent the formation of large ice crystals, which can damage the cell structure of the food and affect its quality and texture.

When do you deliver?

Choose your preferred delivery date when you checkout. Our team will contact you the day of your delivery to make sure you're home during our scheduled delivery times. If you have any special notes, you can leave a message during the checkout process.

If you chose subscription, your order will be renewed every 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the entire Greater Toronto Area, plus surrounding areas within Southeastern Ontario including London, Niagara, Barrie, and Peterborough. If you're unsure, check out our delivery zone map.

How should I store and prepare my seafood once it arrives?

Your seafood will arrive in eco-friendly packaging designed to keep it cool for up to an hour. Upon arrival, you should store your seafood in the freezer immediately.

For preparation, thaw your seafood in the refrigerator overnight and cook it according to your favorite recipe or one of our recommendations on our blog.
