Cooking Recommendation

Thawing:
a. Place the frozen salmon fillets in the refrigerator overnight for a gentle thaw.
b. For a quicker thaw, submerge the sealed salmon fillets in cold water for 30-45 minutes until fully thawed.

Cooking:
Grill the thawed salmon fillets over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, brushing with a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt for a delicious, healthy meal.
