Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Larry's Catch Halibut
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a touch of colour)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

For Serving:

  • Steamed vegetables or a green salad
  • Quinoa, rice, or crusty bread

Instructions:

Prepare the Baking Dish

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish large enough to hold the halibut fillets in a single layer.

Prepare the Lemon Herb Marinade

  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, and paprika. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well mixed.
