IQF stands for "Individual Quick Freezing." It's a method used to freeze individual pieces of fish (and other foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats) separately from each other.

This process involves quickly freezing each piece at a very low temperature to prevent the formation of large ice crystals, which can damage the cell structure of the food and affect its quality and texture.

After you place an order, a delivery date confirmation will be sent to your email. If you would like to request a delivery date upfront, you can add it to the "Notes" section on checkout.

Your seafood will arrive in eco-friendly packaging designed to keep it cool for up to an hour. Upon arrival, you should store your seafood in the freezer immediately.

For preparation, thaw your seafood in the refrigerator overnight and cook it according to your favorite recipe or one of our recommendations on our blog.
