The fastest way to report any of these is our Report an issue form. It takes under a minute.
Broken or crushed product
We'll credit or refund the item. If 50% or more of your order's value is affected, we can send a new box. A photo helps us improve our packing, but it's optional. If only the outer box is damaged and your seafood is fine, no worries.
Loose vacuum seal
Dry ice can make packaging brittle in transit, which sometimes loosens a seal. If your seafood arrived frozen, it's perfectly fine to enjoy. If the bag has fully opened, you see freezer burn, or anything seems off once thawed, let us know and we'll make it right.
Taste, smell or texture
If something tastes or smells off, please don't eat it. We'll credit or refund it, and details from the packaging help us trace the batch.
Bones
Our fish is cut by hand, so the occasional bone can slip through. If you found more than one or two, let us know and we'll credit that piece.
Scallop size
Scallops are graded 10–20 or 20–30 per pound, depending on the season and fishing area, so a half-pound bag has at most 15 scallops. If yours had more than 15, let us know.
Food safety concerns
If you found a foreign object or feel unwell after eating our seafood, please email us right away. A member of our leadership team will follow up personally.
