  • 1 pack snow crab leg meat (16 oz, merus)
  • 2 split-top buns or hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for creamy version)
  • 1 tbsp parsley or chives, chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: celery (finely diced, for crunch)

Instructions

  • Lightly toast buns in a pan with butter until golden.
  • In a bowl, gently toss crab with melted butter, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper (add mayo if using).
  • Warm the crab mixture slightly if desired — do not overheat.
  • Fill buns generously with crab and serve immediately.
