Le domaine viticole Fielding Estate, fondé en 2005 par Ken et Marg Fielding, leur fils Curtis et son épouse Heidi, est situé à Beamsville, en Ontario. Le domaine est réputé pour son atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante et ses vins VQA primés, produits en petites quantités. L'architecture reflète les racines de la famille Fielding dans le nord de l'Ontario, avec des matériaux naturels comme le bois et la pierre. Curtis Fielding, nommé Roi du raisin 2012-2013, a grandement contribué au développement de l'industrie viticole et vinicole de Niagara. Heidi Fielding, forte de plus de 20 ans d'expérience en hôtellerie et en marketing, promeut activement l'industrie vinicole de Niagara. Depuis 2009, le vigneron Richie Roberts élabore des vins et des cidres pour le domaine. Where is your seafood sourced from?

Our seafood is exclusively sourced from MSC certified partners. We provide 100% transparency into all of our partners and seafood origins which are listed on each products page.

What is IQF?

IQF stands for "Individual Quick Freezing." It's a method used to freeze individual pieces of fish (and other foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats) separately from each other.

This process involves quickly freezing each piece at a very low temperature to prevent the formation of large ice crystals, which can damage the cell structure of the food and affect its quality and texture.

When do you deliver?

Choose your preferred delivery date when you checkout. Our team will contact you the day of your delivery to make sure you're home during our scheduled delivery times. If you have any special notes, you can leave a message during the checkout process.

If you chose subscription, your order will be renewed every 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the entire Greater Toronto Area, plus surrounding areas within Southeastern Ontario including London, Niagara, Barrie, and Peterborough. If you're unsure, check out our delivery zone map.

How should I store and prepare my seafood once it arrives?

Your seafood will arrive in eco-friendly packaging designed to keep it cool for up to an hour. Upon arrival, you should store your seafood in the freezer immediately.

For preparation, thaw your seafood in the refrigerator overnight and cook it according to your favorite recipe or one of our recommendations on our blog.
