I recently made the Pan-Seared Halibut with Lemon Caper Sauce using fish from Larry’s Catch, and it was absolutely incredible. The recipe was very easy to follow, even for a busy weeknight, and everything came together effortlessly.

The flavours were outstanding. The lemon caper sauce added the perfect balance of brightness and richness without overpowering the fish. The halibut turned out beautifully tender, flaky, and cooked to perfection.

I paired it with jasmine rice and fresh asparagus, which complemented the dish perfectly and made it feel like a restaurant-quality meal at home.

I’m already looking forward to trying my next fish recipe. If you’re thinking about cooking more seafood at home, this is a fantastic place to start.

Last night I made seafood chowder using your online recipe and chowder mix and a few additions of my own:
I added the shrimp I purchased from you, a few dashes of hot sauce and some local maple syrup......it was delicious.

Seafood arrives quickly and all has been very fresh and tasty. Your suggested recipes are wonderful and my takes on variations have worked very well too.
