  • 8 oz cold smoked haddock fillet
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions or chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crackers, toasted bread, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the smoked haddock in simmering water and poach for about 5 minutes until it flakes easily.
  2. Drain, let cool slightly, then flake into small pieces using a fork.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the flaked smoked haddock.
  5. Add chopped green onions and parsley and mix gently.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish if desired, and serve with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
