  • 1 lb Larry’s Catch Wild Sockeye Salmon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Add lemon slices on top if desired.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
