Cooking Reccomendations

Thawing

  1. Overnight: Place the chowder mix in the refrigerator to thaw slowly and evenly overnight.
  2. Quick Thaw: For a faster option, keep the sealed bag of chowder mix submerged in cold water for about 30-45 minutes until thawed.

Cooking

  1. Eat Raw: Eat the sashimi grade tuna raw with your choice of sauce.
  2. Light Sear: Cover the tuna in sesame seeds and sear for 30 secs on each side.
  3.  Pan Fry: Place on a medium-high heat for 2 min per side.

Not sure what it is. Packaging has nothing on it in terms of labeling. Looks like a big piece of ruberie. Am I supposed to that the whole log to cut a couple pieces. Is it normally received that way
