Cooking Reccomendations
Ingredients:
6.5 oz turbot fillet
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Lemon slices
Salt, pepper, and herbs (e.g., dill, parsley, or thyme)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Fish: Place the turbot on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled foil.
- Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the fish.
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and any herbs you like.
- Add Lemon: Lay thin slices of lemon over the fish for added flavour.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs or a lemon wedge.
