Oh my goodness, the crab cakes were superb.
A little background: Hubby is in treatment for Multiple Myeloma. every other Friday he goes to London. They tend to be long, exhausting days at the end of which a light simple meal is important. With brocoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce it was just what the doctor ordered. A wonderful meal (easy peasy to prepare and serve) at the end of a difficult day.

I just had the lobster claw and knuckle in a simple butter sauce alongside grilled romaine and grilled asparagus and grilled Korean. If I were to die tomorrow, I’d die happy. The lobster topped off this salad with exceptional flavour. The salty lobster with mellow butter was just so good! This meal would have been good …. But this! WOW!!!

I’m quite fond of Pacific rockfish. I usually coat it with a mix of a little flour, garlic powder, paprika and Italian seasoning before pan-frying in olive oil and butter. Delicate flavour enhanced with a squeeze of lemon!

This is my first order from Larry’s Catch and I am 100% impressed with the items I have tried so far. The cold water shrimp were amazing; you would never think that they were frozen. I will definitely order them again. The smoked salmon nuggets were also delicious. I can’t wait to try the cod cakes next.
Ordering is easy and delivery was quick. The dry ice packaging keeps everything nicely frozen.

I debated on trying the salmon because I have been disappointed so many times. We were amazed! The salmon tastes like salmon should. Tasty. Firm. Not stinky. Made my favourite salmon with black bean salsa. We will be a customer for life!

Lobster meal absolutely amazing !! Very high quality and great amount for the price!!

Had the pickerel last night, lightly breaded with flour, salt, pepper and parsley. It was buttery, mild, flaky, absolutely excellent. No more grocery store fish for me!

Love all the fresh Canadian fish! We’re spoiled now and Symply can’t go back to any farmed fish, including shrimp. Love, knowing that we’re supporting Canadian fisherman in these difficult times.
