We had guests for dinner and cooked the halibut and black cod with a smooth honey garlic herb dressing. They were both outstanding along with the bacon wrapped scallops. Your instructions for cooking the scallops was excellent.
Really impressed with the packaging, the dry ice was still present and the products were well sealed. The items we have eaten have been fantastic! love supporting Canadian small fisheries.
